Overview

A digital front door as credible as the firm itself

NexLaw needed an online presence that felt as trustworthy as walking into a law office — clear, calm, and easy to navigate for people who are often dealing with stressful situations.

Objective & Problem

Cold and corporate, or cluttered with jargon

Legal websites tend to land on one of two extremes. NexLaw needed to feel approachable and credible at the same time, while making it simple to actually book a consultation instead of just browsing service descriptions.

Solution

One clear path from question to booked call

A structured UI with a clear path from "I have a legal question" to "I've booked a consultation" — simplified service categories, transparent next steps, and a visual language that borrows credibility cues from legal branding without feeling stiff.

Design Process

The booking flow came before the visuals

Mapped the full consultation-booking flow first, then designed around it — homepage, service pages, and a streamlined booking form — testing for clarity before polishing the visual layer.

Final Design

Clear categories, a short path to booking

A responsive interface with clear service categories, an approachable visual identity, and a booking flow that takes just a few steps from landing to confirmed consultation.

Outcome

Legal help, one step closer

A platform designed to make legal help feel a lot less intimidating — and a lot easier to actually book.
